Volunteering strengthens the Centre and supports the wider community. Help is needed across worship services, education, events, and outreach. Every contribution matters, whether it is weekly support or occasional help.

Where you can help
Events support
Welcome attendees, set up rooms, support programmes, and help keep activities running on time.
Community outreach
Support community engagement, check ins for older people, and signposting for those seeking help.
Education support
Assist classes, help with registers, support learners, and help maintain a positive learning space.
Administration
Help with emails, basic data entry, printing, and organising resources for activities and services.
Fundraising
Support donation campaigns, community appeals, and event fundraising activity.
Facilities support
Help with organising spaces, basic checks, and supporting safe, welcoming facilities.
Safeguarding and conduct
Volunteers must follow Centre guidance, including respectful conduct and safeguarding expectations. Some roles may require identity checks and further screening depending on duties and contact with children or vulnerable adults.
