Community Support provides practical help for people facing difficulty. Support is open to individuals and families. Help is available through planned sessions, walk in access, and outreach where needed.

How support works

Walk in support

Access help without an appointment where possible. Guidance and signposting for urgent needs.

One to one help

Private support for personal situations, with a respectful and confidential approach.

Group support

Weekly activities and sessions that reduce isolation and build routine and connection.
